The day’s route is saved on the phone, encrypted. Every update waits in an outbox and goes out in order as soon as there’s signal again, and the sync pill always says what’s waiting.
Directions here sound like “behind the mosque, green gate”, so in Rutta a location is a pin at the entrance and the address is a note for the door. Imports flag the orders that still need a pin, and every delivery shows how far from its pin it happened, so a wrong pin gives itself away. Move it once, mark it verified, and every driver after goes straight to the gate.
Today keeps the whole day on one board: stops done, stops running late, deliveries that failed, drivers with no signal. What needs attention goes to the top; everything else stays quiet.
